Refund/Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Consider rescheduling before canceling and forfeiting your deposit.

No-call/no-shows are charged 100% of the remaining balance.

All services are final. No refunds. Please let Kam know if you are unsatisfied before leaving.

Deposit/Payment

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for general services.

Cash or Apple Pay only. No cards or Cash App.

Things to Know

After 30 minutes, your appointment is automatically canceled. A $25 deposit is required to book again.

Arrive with dry, blown-out hair. For silk presses, arrive detangled only.

Bring your own bundles or wig. Allow at least one week to order hair from Kam’s Hair Company.

No extra guests without prior approval.

HD lace is the best lace.

For color, bring your hair one week before your appointment. Kam must approve your color idea before booking.

Some services may take up to 4 hours.
